That doesn't make sense to me. OWC's high was above $3.00. Are you suggesting the PPS can't rise above the prior high after a split and upon uplisting to the NASDAQ?

If so, we can't get on the same page.

people like me who need a 10 to 20 bagger or higher just to break even at this point, any reverse split they do will require gw levels of success afterwards to BREAK EVEN. Explain how that isn’t a death sentence?
