Hopefully whatever issues delayed the first payment have been resolved and won't repeat. I have the impression that India is a little bit of the Wild West with States having authority to do deals but the Indian Govt still having final (edit:Processing instead of approval), which would take time.

I wonder if the increased investment by the investors, from $20M to$70M might also have caused an increase in the royalty schedule for providing more capital.

With Squires stating that the Qamronics thrust would be in QDSC, and presuming some of the expansion is for larger QDSC production, renegotiating royalties is a possibility. Rather than one blanket royalty there could be different royalty rates for different end products.

Either way, it is moving forward and that is positive!

Personally, I am more excited that the project has gone from 20 million to 70 million.

3 1/2 time bigger building.

3 1/2 times more production.

3 1/2 times more commissions from licensing fees.

Unfortunately these kind of delays on new contracts are par for the course where I work. So I don’t see a couple month delay in payment as a big deal. Whether it’s the government or large utility, they both have their processes and they always take longer than we would like or forecast.
