The way I interpret this 8-K filing; is Lind and NioCorp are essentially supporting each other currently 1 month at a time. This indicates to me financing is very close (at any time), or the company would secure a longer term...just my point of view

P.S some would suggest Lind's continual financial interest with NioCorp is very positive for the Company- moving forward.
