350 million shares issued around 10 cents.
That's 35 million dollars or enough for some of
Bizright deal and maybe a down payment for sky
They did say in their last 10q that they are starting to recognize
Revenue from bizright this quarter and more recognize rev
In 2019 . Once they start recognizing revenue of some portion the stock price
Will rise to finish more deals.
Expect more news to get the stock price up.

Thx for posting Jimmy's email..One sentence did stick out though..and glad Jimmy responded to inquiry..

" As of yet, our ability to recognize revenues has been very limited due to accounting and audit issues. "


...and "limited" suggests SGMD has been earning some amount of BizRight revenues prior..
