As of November 16, 2018, there were 312,257,582 shares of the Registrant’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, outstanding.


Per the Q3 Q that was the O/S as of 11/16, since December they have paid off almost $400k in debt in cash so outside of EMA and the small note of $50k that is left not sure how much would have been diluted since 11/16

Add in 50M for EMA and about 1.5M for restricted shares makes O/S, add in another 100M and it puts it closer to 450M if that with the float being much much lower

We will know what it is next week or shortly there after when the 10k is filed

If the OS is 600M there has been dilution out the wazoo...that is why traders are hauling ass.
