S-1 registration with 36 months to dump 500,000,000 shares for $10,000,000 providing they sell at .02. Which means the price may have a hard time getting past .02 or they have to issue more then 500 mil to 1 bill while staying above .01 to maintain listing status.... the 500 million shares represents a 20% increase of the to outstanding share structure .........disappointing.
Hopefully there is more then just intent coming.
