#33009 RE: trucker #33007

There is an engineer I've spoken to after several stockholder meeting who has gone up and down over the years. By that I mean he was there around the time of the barn/garage out in Webster, so he has seen a lot come and go. The last several years he was quite excited to finally have the hardware and software to track and record the kind of verifiable data that would convince an OEM that the pump is real and can perform to claims.

He was very confident about the last round of testing by the mysterious OEM. Didn't think there would be any surprises. So I am hoping that this version of the thoroughly tested pump is worthy of someone taking a different approach to manufacturing and marketing. That is the bottom line, BUT actually paying for it and figuring out how to make it and incorporate it into existing production lines, that is a big step.

My uneducated guess is that it might be 50/50 on a royalty deal and fast integration into the prime OEMs production OR a waiting game for a perceived weak R&D company that may not have the strength to pitch to other OEMs. The venture capital direction of stiffing the common shareholders and saving the meat for the preferred shareholders, might be something, but I'm hoping it is not a real possibility.

From my info it seems like they should be able to get another OEM interested and start a competition to see who gets a better pump first, but I've been a dewy eyed dreamer about this tech for too long so time to see what the reality is. EOM
