You keep posting a filing snapshot which contain info from last Summer and not acknowledging that they just restructured and acquired a company from Maxim. A company that was created in 2017

None of the past numbers matter anymore. This is a new company, with new people running the show. Almost all of that debt has been WIPED OUT per this filing: https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/lifeapps-brands-inc-LFAP/stock-news/79162888/current-report-filing-8-k

... and the remaining notes have been converted and dumped at lower levels, hence the big selloff after the initial spike.
