FYI--there would appear to be another Dasa Properties LLC in Buffalo, NY that's a different company. Leinwand and Welner ran something called Dasa Real Estate which used the latter as their domain name. An online search turned up this ..unfortunately I can't get the old website to pull up

However, when I clicked https://dasaproperties.com/about/our-team/ it doesn't show anyone connected to Leinwand/ Welner. However, Daniel Wainstein's IS and his LinkedIn page says he's "CEO, DASA Properties LLC."

When I clicked the link to that company on his page it pulls up the same dasaproperties.com website and says it's located in Buffalo.

It also says Lisa Fucina is "Owner, CEO".. not Wainstein.

IMO Leinwand et. al. had gone to a good deal of trouble trying to confuse people... most likely to create legal firewalls against lawsuits.

Yep...that's their PRIVATE company that this person who suddenly shows up says he's invested in. Yet he acts like buying stock in this SHAM gets you a real company. JMD is the PUBLIC company that is nothing more than a PUMP and DUMP POS.

Lets see...when was the last time everyone heard that about TDEY?? Oh yeah...when Eddie CLAIMED that everyone "owned" a part of Lucky Lindy's company IF you bought shares of TDEY wayyyyy back in 2015. Shows your right now how well that's working for long time BAGHOLDERS as this RS has wiped them out.
