Dude, you spelled his name wrong. It's Jeffrey Osborn. The more important fact is he does cardiovascular research. The bio link shows he is the person behind the research using Kali's Blue Dream cannabis formulation.

Our CEO would be sued if he issued an unauthorized report on Osborn's research.

Jeffery Osborn seems sketchy. Name not on report. Probably didn't want report to be attributed to him.
I think PRmaniac pretty much summed it up. Gonna watch KALY long time before considering buying.
Maybe later this year with actual results may be cool, but, for now, probably watch KALY as a flip play.
That's all KALY has been doing since January, up...down...up...down, just have to play its P&D moves.
