There is no saving shareholders. We are all in it together. So shareholders will benefit from them. Anyone who reads and researches this themselves will see what is going on and the benefits of what Lampert is doing. It will become more apparent as time goes on. I'm sure the board knows by now who is long and who is short here. Watch and see. We know what we own

Would "three taxable years" end 12/31/21?

That would include the taxable years of 2019, 2020, and 2021. Or would it mean just 3 calendar years after the closing date? I'm a little confused by that language.
