Been with this company for over 9 years, have spoken to everyone in the company and understand what has happened in the past and currently. I do a thorough due diligence before I invest and I haven't experienced any of the accusations you have presented on this board. Whether you want to believe it or not there is a lot of activity going on in the background bringing a deal to the table. I'm not privy to any inside information but I have faith that management will prevail.
I've been very successful in business over the past 45 years creating my own companies including one public company and understand all the hurdles one has to get over when building a business. There is never a guarantee that one will be successful but I'm betting this software will be a success. JMO
