He is doing a great job for the company and shareholders. He just donated over 1.8 million dollars to shareholders in shares.....what a GREAT CEO!

You are right but no one is going to do that because it will cost shareholders a lot of money to get assets that are worth next to nothing (despite what he values those assets at). Nothing really in it for the lawyers at this point either.

He potentially needs a class action lawsuit from shareholders for numerous discrepancies.
