Here is the problem, imo -
If Said did 10 procedures and then ordered 10 more this past week (per Twitter) and we are assuming (under Said's impression) that he is slaying procedures but revs come in below 50k for Q 1 - there is a huge problem -

+ the other Drs, etc.
