25 million shares at current price is 25k. Since you've bought in before the current price, your cost basis is likely much higher than 25k.

I wont doubt your claims of 25 million shares, but i'm curious why you would invest such dollar amounts into a company you claim is a fraud and should be in jail?

Either you say one thing and do another as a trading strategy, or you've invested and lost and are upset, and refuse to take a loss and move on.

One should know never to invest the house into an OTC stock, thats a recipe for disaster.
