The EXBX transfer agent is part of the OTC Markets stock verification program which means they have to update the share structure on ALL of their clients on a regular basis including the dead abandoned shells like EXBX

Amazing how many people still don't understand that simple bit of information and get duped by people claiming that OTC Market share structure updates are being done by the company instead of by the Transfer Agent.

If you go through all of the Action Stock Transfer clients you'll notice they all had their share structures updated on 3/01/19
