Mind you, it did run from .001 to .25 years ago with the same sublicense agreement that you aren't seeing value in. I'd sold in the .02s back then though.... Point being, a $15m investment into the technology could be a major catalyst and spark a similar run. I view it entirely as a lottery type .000 play where either it is or it isn't
