Mr. Jack Wagenti, Director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Mr. Jack Wagenti (81) was formally a Director of American International Ventures Inc. from 1998 to 2009. Mr. Wagenti on February 8, 2012 was nominated to the Board of Directors of American International Ventures Inc. Following the nomination of Mr. Wagenti all Directors and Officers resigned. Giving complete control of the Company to Mr. Wagenti.
