Hey, so I know I’ll probably get engrossed in work and forget “happy hour.”

So, on the other thing, there was a deadline of 10/29. If the other side didn’t comply, they were supposed to have a telephonic hearing and there was supposed to be a request made for the telephonic hearing, which likely would have had to have been filed. The last filing of anything was back on 10/17 and there’s been no activity since then.

When I say it “flipped,” I mean it got quiet - not anything negative, or positive for that matter - so I’m guessing the other side complied or complied enough that One LLP was OK with what they got.
