The private placement certainly was a disappointment. The form 3 filed on Thursday shows
Series C Convertible Preferred Stock (1) Common Stock 1785717 $0.56 D, Warrants 11/9/2006 11/9/2009 Common Stock 7000000 $2.00 D.

The common stock at $0.56 is probably the killer.
If this hadn't come out I'm thinking it would have broken out into blue skies.

Today certainly is a large volume day with someone buying now in the $1.70s.
