LOL!! RIGHT!? my lord ppl are so dumb....If you don't know the difference bewteen dilution, restricted shares, authorized shares, convertible notes please learn about them. THey are key to valuation and so far I've seen 5 ppl on this board who clearly don't understand the difference. It's ok to not know everything and to learn as much as you can...it is not ok to declare incorrect and misleading statements as fact when it's so insanely wrong...Happy to help clear up any questions ppl have. UCPA 1.62bn shares, no dilution, authorized is unchanged and there is no dilution. No restricted shares and mngmt owns 76% of float....so yea better share strucutre than anythign out there. Sure they have 1.62bn out...but we all own common no crazy pref share conversion that would crush us.
