How is $IGPK supposed to make money before hemp crops are planted?

He claimed this whole process would take off once IGPK started making money. Well according to his tweets about IGPK, they should have been making money for two quarters now, ... now that IGPK is making money.

Was $IGPK supposed to plant hemp without first obtaining a growers license?
