I understand lets say their are two companies transform holdco which has all the assets which eddie owns and shldq which has all debts. What happens to SHLDQ stock is it converted to new shares of holco stock , new symbol or does he keep Sears name with different symbol. Will he change the name of all Sears stores?

Great explanation. Too bad that some won't read it all and/or understand its implications.

Imho, SHLDQ is trading on hype and imagination not based on the facts as you have outlined them.

Sooner or later, the reality of Sears Holdings Corp's situation will catch up with SHLDQ stock price. Might take months or perhaps even years, but a day of "reckoning" will eventually come imho.

In the meantime, SHLDQ will continue its ups and downs as traders enjoy the play here.

Not going to argue with the facts you present.

Just want to ask for the docket # or a link to the APA agreement. I'm sure its a huge document which most (including myself) have not read in its entirety. However, I would like to go over certain parts of it myself when I have time. tia
