As it will take 2 years for addional Porto to be manufatcured / tested and then ???? So you think no warrants will be available to some / all buying at .005 to protect themselves from possible dilution or pinky games ?
Best we wait and see them additional details on the offering and if they actually sell the billy at .005 ... is their interest , is it pretty much done... we shall soon find out.
