Please find me 1 company that doesn't cook the books either way, up or down. Some companies cook them to get financing or keep financing available when they need it, some cook them to get tax breaks...or both lol

Either way, I and most others are here to make money on trading stocks on companies we all have never heard or or dealt with in real life.
