The Atty will give it back to Brian and Brian has to upload the docs to OTC again any time. After that only Brian can call them up for review.

Amber, it was me who posted that. I emailed Brian Kistler this afternoon and the following was his reply back to me:

"OTC Markets wanted a couple of additional disclosures regarding the over 5% shareholder so I have forwarded a new version to Atty for new opinions and hopefully we will be able to go current afterwards. I deactivated the previous version."
