The price at the end of 2018 was much lower. It would've been even wiser to have bought then, but some people did buy last Friday.
Because the price has always been higher since then, the people who bought last Friday made a wise decision. As long as the trend is bullish, this wisdom can't be seriously questioned. You can laugh all you want, but only those of us who own the shares can profit from that ownership.
