Ceo: Thanks for reaching out - Have not forgot - Planning and scheduling our internal operations team to do more is taking a bit longer than I ever expected, we are getting there, lots of changes coming as we prepare S1 and uplisting this year.

GZIC to QB is not just hoping but will be a reality fact.

One of my other stocks went from stinky pinky with death spiral financing to somewhat recently ringing the NASDAQ bell. It felt like it took about 3 years to get from the name change to producing an S-1 just because there was a lot of restructuring!

Impatients want things to happen overnight. It doesn't happen overnight.
