I was thinking when a multitude of individuals were routinely/ daily shorting at a 1k pop it would hold things back, which I think I can see that maybe more beneficial like a upward slow gear sprocket, especially when you have vanguard I hear planning on buying more to add with their 1.5 million shares, 1k trades won't stop that, just keep it from launching to the moon is all, well for now.
