Go back to post one on this board and start looking at the history of this... It sounds like a defunct shell with past false alarms of reverse mergers... don't take my word for it! Go back and look at the history and what people found with this stock! it will be zero volume any day and drop to .001 or lower before you know it, if history repeats itself.
