The absurd part with all of this is that CBD was just decriminalized on 03/20/2019 in Texas! Thats CBD with less than .03% of 1 percent! I did read an article that was posted on the other forum yesterday in regard to this, however, could have been a bogus article. Kind of like PEPSIGATE!
The MAIN ISSUE with all CBD, is EDUCATION! You're right though in regard to the store that was raided, they will receive their items back after lab verification. However, ALL of that comes at the expense of the shop owner and most are barely making rent due to the OVER CROWED MARKETPLACE! That's why it's so comical RMHB is still chasing this garbage! THEY ARE WAY TOO LATE TO THIS PARTY!
Another area of contention, is when dealing with CDB in the form of Hemp flower. Hemp flower looks exactly like regular marijuana because it is technically marijuana! The difference with Hemp flower and regular marijuana deals with the age of the plant. When Hemp flower is harvested, it's harvested/cut down when it's a younger plant which means the THC doesn't have time to build. Which in turns makes it to be legally sold in ALL States of the USA under the Agricultural Act. The Hemp flower to be legally possessed in ALL States in the USA has to have a THC limit of less than .03 off 1 percent.
Back to the education part. One will be extremely hard pressed to convince ANY Law Enforcement Officer that they have Hemp flower in their possession and not marijuana! You'll still be arrested in a State where marijuana is illegal. And this fails right back to the same situation as the shops being raided in Texas. The one arrested will have to provide lab reports showing the product is actually Hemp flower and not marijuana, all at the individuals own expense. Until better education is conducted or education at all, it's wise not to have either in ones possession outside of ones house unless it's legal in your State!
None of the above though changes anything for RMHB though! RMHB is only concerned and interested in SELLING WORTHLESS SHARES TO NAIVE INVESTORS!
