Don’t necessarily disagree Stacker however is one of the 2 things possible?

1) D2 factored into the price today especially after conf call?

2) is Emerald going to execute on D2? Do they have the money and desire to do so? If not, then what happens? Does Village have to get another partner? How long does that process take? Etc
