But if we know they are selling shares, why does the gagged TA matter? You are trying to make it a big point but we all know why. Again, I’m invested in a ticker that has been gagged since 9/27/18. They have updated ss twice through filings. Non issue. Most OTC stocks dilute at some point. Most start ups use a combo of selling shares and financing/debt to get off the ground. At least MSPC is up front about it. That’s more than most companies can say down here. If I haven’t said it before, welcome to the pinks!

Why "can't you wait for that split to come"? How will that benefit you?
