This is definitely a unique situation, should be interesting to see what unfolds here. I know Barrick gold merged with Newmont and they didn't want some of the other subsidiaries of Newmont as part of deal. Could it be one or all the subsidaries coming into this ticker, which is owned by Newmont? Look at the address and phone number on OTC Markets, the same as Newmont and look at the officer LOGAN HENNESSY, which is also part of the legal secretary at Newmont under management
