FWIW, I also searched entities by officer name, Richard Chiang, and found he was associated with the following companies:

Pharmos
Sakha
Belle Rose
China Health
Devmar
Aceer

I did not see TBSS on the list. I'm relatively new on these types of plays but have been burned before with them. Maybe you can enlighten me what's going on with this one, others might be curious as well. Thanks again
