Agreed swe77. The more time that passes the more I start leaning towards corruption over incompetence as I just can't fathom anyone being as stupid or making as many blatantly stupid decisions as Odidiot continues making!

It all appears by design...with the only remaining real objective being diluting this one dry with his China escape plan already there for the taking right!

wimusky's made some scary posts about how Odidiot could dilute this one dry then file for receivership or bk and be the 1st creditor in line to basically steal the IP and take it to China and begin peddling his wares over there onto an entire new country of unsuspecting investors right!

And although I think that could be the dirty back up plan...because Odidiots burned so many of us longs...I just cant see him getting away with stealing the IPCI IP in any creative manner at this point even if that was/is his dirty back up plan!

All's I know for certain is that the man's a scientist and the worst PubCo CEO I ever had the misfortune of once foolishly believing in...as Rexista's dead b4 it even arrives and missed its window of opportunity even if it ever gets in front of another adcom...which at this late stage doesn't even seem likely anyways because it's moving slow as molasses...and if the studies were all positive...then one would think Odidiot would be moving it through the approval process at warp speed which he definitely isn't doing. Hell he couldn't even refile it to the FDA by their due date...which seems super strange to me...yet that's what he did by putting out a PR saying that IPCI finally got around to refiling their Rexista NDA candidate with the FDA 4 days past the FDA's deadline date for doing so lol.

No need to choose...

I am still not sure whether it was incompetence or corruption.

Not doing oral and snorting HAL studies for Rexista was incompetent. Repeatedly saying they had been done was corrupt.

Stock is holding its own so far today, but looks like the shorts all covered in first half hour. I wonder if IPCI is still planning a share(bag)holder meeting in April?
