I am only going by the latest filing which seems a bit out of date(months). Didn't Goulding get 350,000,000 preferred shares for his nanotizing process? Aren't there only 500,000,000 preferred shares available? It's all so confusing, by design. I don't put much stock in PRs, they are designed to sell shares, and comfort those claiming due diligence. Oh, did the PR that stated Deangelo got 350mil preferred shares have a link to the legal document?
