Not only that this Ticker has a Cease Trade Order in BC Canada and effectively locks out any trading Canada Wide an issue dating back to when this ticker was YTRV over 6 years ago. Anyone who entertains taking this shell will find that in proper DD and filing 6 years plus of paperwork will be tedious and not to mention very expensive. The only way to get this Canadian problem fixed is to file all the missing paperwork and then file paperwork saying they are no longer operating in Canada and file forms saying they are a "Non Filer in Canada". Good luck with that.

Pretty sad that no one will even want this shell.

$YTRV and $MNGG LONG....but not by choice.
