On January 7, 2016, at a Board meeting of the Company, Anthony Anish was appointed CEO of M Line Holdings, Inc.

That debunks all the BS about shares being revoked in 2006.

If this happened back in 2006, filed in 2013, then why was MLHC still SEC reporting on 8/01/16 ?

The SEC would have rejected filings from 2013 onward.
