Not the 21st...the motion to dismiss hearing for the 21st was vacatect, Kih said she would decide on the papers only.....you can't assume anything, but I find it hard to see her through this out due to Alice against the supreme court, and against the PTAB final written decision.
At least without the opportunity to defend ourselves in a hearing first.
