I guess that is interesting....so that lawsuit is over?? What does it mean to "dismiss with prejudice"?

I hardly think RFID PR was doing any harm to STTK, the stock was still soaring into early April.

Stocklemon on the other hand really did some harm, and I think a mere retraction is not enuff.

I guess the good news is that STTK will be expending less money to fight the RFID case.
