I feel so very blessed to. It's hard to believe this is actually happening. Hoping to hold out for more since a big chunk goes to Uncle Sam but don't want to be to greedy. Just want to make sure my family and kids are taken care of. I would like to help out some of my relatives who are sick and disabled at least by paying off the rest of there mortgage. It would feel so great to do that for them. :)
