That is so significant to be a clerical error. Even if the CEO with all his knowledge about what is going on, he stated 3.1 billion shares, even after the knowledge that on 1/31/2019, the OS was higher than 4.5 bil at 4.642 bil.
I don't care about what the CEO says, but I do care about what the TA posted. If it should have been 3.332 instead of the reported 3.1, I am going to report the TA for committing a clear case of fraud here.
