if you are on the board you would want to further the business aspirations of that company, no?
Problem with that is, Aul is not on the BOD. He is an assistant Secretary. I have not read anywhere that Aul is on the BOD, except from some that think being an assistant Secretary automatically puts you on the BOD. That is absolutely wrong. No where is Aul listed as a member of the BOD, that I have seen. Perhaps I missed it.
