I think it is just a typo. The OS in the 10K matches up with what's shown on OTC Markets for PXPP.

10-K: 45,300,000 common shares as of March 19, 2019

OTC Markets: Outstanding Shares 45,300,000 03/01/2019

I am happy there has been no change in OS sine 3/1!

I've seen that happen several times before in other tickers, I think it's just a clerical error, that the lawyer didn’t catch it.
