If one is going to play the penny stock scam game, it is good to know the rules first.

They are a SEC registrant, so they are required to file audited annual reports (10K's). I do not believe their 10Q's have to be audited.

Their serious delinquency is why investors are worried ALKM could be suspended at any time.

Investors can use the SEC tipline to voice concern to the SEC that ALKM and their bungling CEO are violating securities law and their fiduciary duty, all while allowing some others they do business with to help promote ALKM stock while they remain so delinquent.
