Just a thought: anyone with spare time could contact Orie for the list of the tiny holders that could possibly sell for a few bucks.
If they are notified and realize that there is a RS filed, the cost would EXCEED their current value-- it may entice them to sell.
TDA has a $38 fee for any SS changes.
IMO there are most likely at least 54 TDA holders.
That would bring down the shareholder count to the necessary levels and no RS would be required.
Not sure if you would need to be considered an employee.
Anyone out there have some free time?? Could be worth it in stock share appreciation. Contract with Orie for a buck--(paid employee).
