Another negative response fatbacker? You cannot compare Pandey to Buffett - completely different financial situations, first of all. I'm quite sure if Pandey were a billionaire he'd be contributing $$ as well. But at this point, he's contributing by putting a lot of heart and effort into finding new treatments. It's not all about money. And from what I've seen and read, he certainly does care about the shareholders.

Mr. F Backer....it is late and I am tired, but I had to respond to this particular post though it is against my better judgement as I believe it is best to see you off of this board by NOT responding to you. I believe, as you do, that you have a right to post on this public forum...but this post is clearly atagonistic and your agenda is boldly clear. You didn't have to tell us that you voted for Mr. Buffet...not on an XKEM board. You knew well ahead of that post that you were going to get a rise out of that and I am happy that the responses are limited...at least for now. It is late. What affects me is this statement that you made....

Wow!!! And you don't think that Dr. Pandey has? Really? I think that even Mr. Buffet would beg to differ with you. fatbacker, first of all, you need to stop stating the A/S increase is 5bil, it is only 3.5.

apparently, you still do not understand this concept. If 5bil is authorized at a point in time, but management "forgives" 1.5bil of that authorization, then only 3.5bil remains "authorized"

if you keep spreading posts that still state 5bil are authorized, you are outright being dishonest.

secondly, burg has stated several times that they plan no large dilutions. I called to confirm if they were currently dilution as i attested several times last week. He stated NO. pandey has stated that their A/S raise is not the intent to dilute, but to remain flexible.

Dilution will be a moot point. Once the factory is up and running, and those estimates pandey supplied are met in time, they can easily use operational funds to buy back and CANCEL OUT Xkem stock.
