Lemoncat..... You just proved that you do not understand how the OTC market makers HAVE to operate when there is a seller to facilitate the order without risk to their[MM] capital. You are totally wrong on this one.There have been sellers in size for the last few weeks. There have also been buyers accumulating from those sellers. And buyers, sellers, and MM's are all happy with what has transpired.

Correct as every time I buy at Market it will sell to me less then asking.

Lemoncat....OK i want you to explain to me why the MM's would be trying to keep the share price from being traded at the ask. This ought to satisfy me if you can do this in a coherent way.

Correct. A buyer or buyers who are confident in a positive outcome but who also, it seems, know there’s no hurry. That seems to correspond with the loooooooooooooooong rounding bottom as seen in the chart.
