Yes you are correct..... now go research all of the “deals” iver the years..... and find out how many of those announced plans and deals amounted to anything....... we all know talk is cheap.... but in some cases its also a violation of Trading laws for public companies....... i recall an anounced done deal closing on may 15 about 5 years ago..... huge pumped deal.... i think the company MLHC was doing the massive deal with was Bluewater?.... go find the goods on that one..... huge pump.... date came and went.... ever a whisper mentioned again...... researching that..... uncovered a string of BS claims and deals from MLHC..... very quickly you see what you are dealing with. Facts are facts..... unless your name is Drump lol
